汤其群

       汤其群教授,博士生导师。1990年毕业于上海医科大学法医学系,1995年获得上海医科大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,同年赴美国Johns Hopkins大学医学院生物化学系作博士后。2002年受聘为Johns Hopkins大学医学院儿科内分泌系助理教授兼生化系助理教授。2005年6月辞去美国的职位,全职受聘于复旦大学。现任复旦大学上海医学院副院长,生命医学研究院副院长,生物化学与分子生物学系主任,分子医学教育部重点实验室主任;上海生物化学与分子生物学会副理事长。
       汤其群教授为国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年基金”获得者,为国家重大科学研究计划“干细胞定向分化的基础与临床应用研究”的首席科学家,2005年入选上海市首批“医学领军人才”,2007年再次入选上海市领军人才,并被评为优秀学科带头人。
       主要从事研究脂肪细胞发育分化的机理和肥胖的成因,以及有效地控制肥胖的方法,包括:一,在研究前脂肪细胞向脂肪细胞分化的过程中发现:①CHOP-10表达下调及C/EBPβ程序性磷酸化是C/EBPβ延迟激活下游基因的分子基础;②导致肥胖的脂肪细胞数量的增加和脂肪细胞体积的增大之间存在一个偶联关系;③AP-2α1和SP1是抑制C/EBPα表达的转录因子,可作为研究防治肥胖药物的靶点。二,建立了诱导多能干细胞C3H10T1/2定向形成前脂肪细胞的模型,经BMP4诱导的干细胞在裸鼠体内能发育为脂肪组织,为研究干细胞如何定向形成前脂肪细胞打下基础。三,研究治疗肥胖合并糖尿病的新药——重组人N端缺失脂肪细胞特异性补体    相关蛋白(gapM1),可以促进脂肪酸氧化,抑制糖异生,降低血糖和血脂。
发表论文近40篇,其中多数在PNAS、GENES&DEVELOPMENT等SCI杂志上发表。曾获上海市科技进步三等奖,上海市科技进步一等奖,卫生部科技进步一等奖、国家科技进步二等奖和中国专利金奖以及“霍英东优秀青年教师”一等奖(生物类)。
