王旭

王旭(1983~),青年研究员,硕导。美国犹他大学博士,美国加利福利亚大学欧文分校博士后。现任复旦大学基础医学院生化与分子生物学系,分子医学教育部重点实验室青年研究员,模式生物斑马鱼平台P.I.。

主要研究领域:肿瘤、代谢性疾病和发育遗传病的斑马鱼模型。代表性成果:发现Wnt等信号通路对成体下丘脑神经干细胞分化的时效性调控作用;运用转基因和基因组修饰技术建立肝癌,胰腺癌,耳聋,先心,神经退行性和代谢性疾病的斑马鱼模型;对以CRISPR/Cas9为基础的基因治疗和细胞治疗技术进行优化。2009年至今发表SCI论文23篇,其中以单独通讯或第一作者在Developmental Cell、Cancer Research、JMCB等领域权威杂志中发表。2013年复旦大学引进人才,2014年上海市扬帆计划获得者,2015年获复旦大学第一三共制药奖教金,2018年获中国动物学会“卡尔蔡司-斑马鱼”优秀青年学者奖。任中国微循环学会肿瘤专委会生物工程组副组长,上海市生物化学学会理事和中国动物学会斑马鱼分会理事。
