刘贇

刘贇,复旦大学,基础医学院生物化学与分子生物学系,研究员,博士生导师。研究方向主要集中于运用表观遗传组学的方法,研究人类复杂疾病的成因,以及致病的生化机理机制。2013年,运用全基因组DNA甲基化谱的手段,第一次揭示了DNA甲基化对类风湿关节炎病的发生的关系。这项工作发表于Nature Biotechnology上。除此以外,课题组在此领域的其它学术成果还被发表在 Nature Genetics、Immunity、The American Journal of Human Genetics等国际第一流的学术科研期刊上。在过去5年中,论文共被他引800多次,所作出的学术成果受到包括纽约时报在内的多家主要媒体广泛报道。担任Nature CommunicationsPLoS ONEEpigeneticsArthritis Research and TherapyNeoplasma等杂志审稿人。2009年获Johns Hopkins大学32nd Young Investigator Award奖项。
