1. 微环境应激与病毒共诱发细胞增殖、抗凋亡和免疫逃避的促癌机理
2. 抗疱疹病毒潜伏感染及其致病分子机制和相关疾病诊治
3. 疱疹病毒感染与中枢神经系统疾病的相关性

重要学术贡献
长期从事“微环境与疱疹病毒互作共诱癌分子机制及其相关皮肤血液神经肿瘤等疾病诊治基础与应用研究。率先提出了“病毒与微环境互作致病”新理论,为阐明致瘤性病毒的诱癌机制提供了重要线索,目前正进行以针对肿瘤微环境应激因子为靶标的新型抗疱疹病毒相关肿瘤治疗手段的前期动物试验。在国际权威杂志PLoS Pathog、J Virol等发表SCI系列文章50余篇、申请专利8项授权4项,主/参编中英文专著5部。部分研究成果受到了了Science Daily,Faculty of 1000,PennMedicine等国际学术期刊媒体多次推荐评述。获国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家重大基础研究(973)、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、和上海市教委创新计划重点项目等项目资助。
