重要学术贡献
实验室针对当前药物新靶标匮乏和发现困难的现状,建立基于模式动物、细胞和靶标的多维药物筛选、疾病相关靶标和活性小分子靶标鉴定和确证技术体系,紧密与临床相结合,取得了一系列成果。申请人的研究领域是化学生物学和分子药理,分别参与了天然产物Pateamine A、Mycalamdie B、Lactimidomycin、Cycloheximide; 和临床药物Triptolide(雷公藤的主要有效成分)、Itraconazole(抗真菌)、Clofazimine(抗麻风病药)和青蒿素类等活性分子作用靶点的鉴定和作用机理的研究。另外发现P4HA2、USP9X等基因与肿瘤发生发展的关系,提供肿瘤治疗的新的作用靶标。共发表 SCI收录的文章50多篇。其中第一作者或者通讯作者发表论文11篇。论文分别发表在Blood, Nucleic Acids Res, Oncogene, Molecular Cell, Journal of Biological Chemistry, RNA, PNAS, Nature Chemical Biology,JACS等知名期刊。目前文章已经被引用超过2200次,H因子21。
