重要学术贡献
主要从事肿瘤、代谢性疾病及神经发育领域基础研究,发现了mPar3调节神经细胞极性形成的分子机制;FXR调节肝脏代谢、脂肪肝及肝癌发生发展的分子机制;TLR2抑制肝纤维化的分子机制;I1PP2A 和I2PP2A在阿尔茨海默病(AD)中对蛋白磷酸酶PP2A调节机理等研究成果。共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中通讯作者及第一作者文章17篇,论文被他引550余次,相关研究成果发表在Developmental Cell、Science及Nature等国际顶尖期刊上。
