重要学术贡献
Wnt信号调控胚胎发育,组织和器官生成,干细胞自我更新和分化等重要生理过程;Wnt信号通路的失调与肿瘤、阿尔茨海默症、糖尿病和性别发育或者生殖缺陷等多种慢性或遗传性疾病密切相关。课题组主要通过研究Wnt信号通路的转导机制,包括新转录因子、新蛋白质相互作用、新靶点等的揭示,以期发现Wnt信号在葡萄糖代谢、脂肪产热代谢和配子细胞发育等领域的生物学功能。主要研究成果被NCB、JCB、JBC、 MCB等专业期刊发表。当前研究主要在以下方向:(1)Wnt和mTOR信号交互通讯分子机理研究,揭示细胞内葡萄糖代谢的信号调控网络;(2)Wnt信号通路及相关转录因子在脂肪分化和能量代谢中的调控机理研究;(3)相关转录因子和Wnt信号通路协同调控配子发育的研究。
