研究方向
本课题组以抗病毒体液免疫和乙肝功能性治愈的免疫策略为主要研究方向,以模式抗原(HEL、NP/KLH)、模式病毒(VSV、LCMV)和人类重要病毒(HBV)等为研究对象,综合利用多种研究手段研究病毒急慢性感染中Tfh和浆细胞分化、维持与缺陷机制。希望一方面能发现和解析它们分化、维持与缺陷的总规律和机制,另外一方面能为慢性感染的控制、疫苗的研发,尤其是乙肝的治愈提供依据。

重要学术贡献
1.发现了G蛋白偶联受体EBI2促进滤泡辅助性CD4+T细胞早期分化的机制,提出了T细胞区不同的微环境支持不同的细胞命运决定的新观点。该研究成果被Nat Immunol 等推荐为亮点文章,被F1000多名专家推荐。

2.发现了一种外泌体介导的新的干扰素抗病毒机制,提出了抗病毒固有免疫具有细胞间传递性的新概念。该研究成果被NatureAsia推荐为当月十大亮点论文之一。

研究方向

体液免疫在病毒感染的控制、清除和监视中起关键作用。本课题组以抗病毒体液免疫和乙肝功能性治愈的免疫策略为主要研究方向,以模式抗原(HEL、NP/KLH)、模式病毒(VSV、LCMV)和人类重要病毒(HBV)等为研究对象,利用病毒关键抗原表位的TCR和BCR基因敲入小鼠等小鼠模型,综合利用多种研究手段研究病毒急慢性感染中Tfh和浆细胞分化与维持,以产生有效的体液免疫应答的机理,以及病毒慢性感染如何造成Tfh和浆细胞的分化与维持异常,以延缓和削弱体液免疫应答的机理。希望一方面能发现和解析Tfh和浆细胞分化、维持与缺陷的总规律和机制,另外一方面能为慢性感染的控制、疫苗的研发,尤其是乙肝的治愈提供依据。
