张莹(1983~),研究员,硕导


个人简介:
       复旦大学博士。主要研究领域:生物质谱相关的新方法新技术及其在疾病蛋白质组学中的应用研究。代表性成果:发展了磁性介孔纳米TiO2富集磷酸化肽的新方法,实现了磷酸化蛋白质的高选择性鉴定;发展了基于还原氨化反应和肟点击反应的糖蛋白质富集方法,将糖肽富集选择性提高了1个数量级。2009年至今以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文16篇,包括: ACS Nano,Anal Chem,Chem Commun等杂志。获国家自然科学基金项目2项,国家重大科学仪器开发专项应用课题1项,及上海市卫生局青年基金1项,共计科研经费341万元。获专利授权1项。
