杨慧蓉

杨慧蓉(1981~),副研究员。复旦大学博士


个人简历:

       主要研究领域:利用结构生物学和生化细胞学研究表观遗传学领域修饰酶类的底物识别、活性调控以及酶本身的修饰调节机制。研究了组蛋白去甲基化酶LSD2对组蛋白底物的特异性识别及酶活性调节机制,发现LSD2存在“双底物识别位点”,这是首次发现组蛋白去甲基化酶存在“双底物结合位点”,该研究为组蛋白去甲基化酶特异性抑制剂的筛选设计提供了新的思路;研究了组蛋白H2A去泛素化酶Ubp-M磷酸化修饰调节细胞周期的机制;研究了RNA甲基转移酶NHR单体及其与甲基供体SAM的结构,并研究了与底物RNA 的结合方式,对于理解RNA甲基转移酶的机制有重要的意义。2009年至今发表SCI论文13篇,包括Cell Research, Cell Cycle,Mol Cell等杂志。获国家自然基金青年项目一项,上海市自然基金项目一项以及获得了“上海市浦江人才计划”,共计科研经费53万元。


研究方向:
表观遗传学领域修饰酶类的底物识别、活性调控以及酶本身的修饰调节机制。
