钟凡(1978~),博士、副研究员


个人简介:

       代表性成果:2010年解析中国人类肝脏蛋白质组数据,2012-2013年解析染色体蛋白组计划中的8号染色体数据;2012年发现了多物种间蛋白质丰度整体分布规律,为荟萃分析和深度挖掘方法系统应用于蛋白组学数据的一个成功范例。2006年至今发表SCI通讯和第一作者论文9篇,包括Mol Cell Proteomics、J Proteome Res、PLoS One等杂志。目前已主持1项国家自然科学基金和1项上海市卫生局科研项目,参加国家传染病重大专项十一五、十二五子课题各1个,973项目子课题3个、863项目子课题1个、国际合作项目子课题1个,获得科研经费共计766万元。
